Early in his career, he had the opportunity to contribute to a prominent technology company where he collaborated with experienced professionals on various projects. During this time, he gained valuable experience in software development and project management, helping to deliver impactful solutions to clients. This experience equipped him with a strong foundation in the technology sector, which he continued to build upon throughout his career.
His career has spanned multiple sectors, allowing him to develop a well- rounded skill set and a deep understanding of various industries.

Consulting Experience

Along with providing facilitating to senior leadership teams and senior managers in the areas of Information Technology, Organizational development, and Change Management, Niels is also an internal facilitator for a broad base of Leadership Skills interventions.
Niels combines his passion for leadership with a keen understanding of the skills and attributes of highly effective leaders to provide strategic insight and advice on transformation projects and facilitates a broad level of strategic alignment workshops for local & international audiences. Niels is a Senior Consultant for various companies in the area of Information Technology, Data Architecture, Enterprise Resource Planning and Learning Management Systems.
